Advanced Parenting Skills gives you an education on:

• Co-parenting

Divorce or child custody court proceedings can be stressful times, but our program will provide education to set the groundwork to manage. Our program encourages parents to examine how their actions can have an impact on children. Advanced skills will be examined, including: self-talk, emotional intelligence, and communication errors.  You will be able to recognize your parenting style and co-parenting while putting your children first.

This course includes a 4-hour course in a court-approved (currently 11th Circuit Courts in Illinois, which includes: Livingston County, Ford County, McLean County, Logan County, and Woodford County) parenting education program. Prior to enrollment, check to see with your attorney or judge if your county will accept the program if you are not in the 11th Circuit.

Due to Covid-19, the class will be offered virtually, via telehealth, provided by a live instructor.
